Women 50 and beyond welcome to my first Blog at THE CREATIVE HEART-Bringing Healing and Creativity to Women 50 and Beyond.  

The Heart you see above is the official heart of The Creative Heart, it was chosen for its high vibrational frequency. The Heart was placed, in color, throughout the book to raise your vibration while reading each chapter. It is Magical! In times of low energy or stagnation it is suggested to meditate holding the book. Glance at the Heart on the cover of the book while breathing until your eyes close and ask to receive the healing energies. Sit in Meditation as long as you can in a very peaceful and relaxed state. 

If you’re meditating for the first time this is perfect for you. Start with your breathing practice, then clear your chakras and meridians. Women have your journal with you and when prompted write down what words are coming to you, what you are feeling or seeing in a vision. Dialogue with your higher mind or perhaps with an angel, ascended master or a being from your committee. Play soft beautiful music in the background. Feel the love all around you radiating out from your heart temple, as if a stone was thrown on a pond. The circular waves ripple out and you are creating a safe and sacred container of love in which to Meditate and receive messages and/or a healing.

Certain days you may sit with a specific intention alone or with a group of women. The power of a group of women can create great change. Consider using the vision of the Creative Heart each day during your meditation to create balance and harmony inside and outside of your being. If you feel stuck or heaviness around any part of your body, change your focus to your breath. If your mind is racing and you are struggling to quiet it, continue with deeper, long quick breaths. Pouring a bucket of white light over the lower mind/ego is quite effective when necessary. Give the body permission to receive the light and love into the body. Sit and rest when you feel tired. Be gentle with yourself!
